This has been one crazy week. I did get to see how my couponing has paid off. We were able to buy a washer without alot of stress thanks to the money I have saved. Grand total was 221.22 and I paid 79.61.

How we ate was quite scattered after the holiday my husband was working late so my daughter and I ate whatever was easy.
WEdnesday we had bbq chicken with fruit and steamed veggies
Thursday we had tuna salad made with hummus (actually very good and I put two scoops ontop of my romaine, tom, and cucumber drizzled with a little dressing lite and delicious)
Friday we will have London Broil mashed potatos and salad
Saturday we are going to a birthday party
Sunday pork chops with salad and rolls and fruit salad
Monday I have chicken that I will either toss with pasta or mix with hummus
